Sasana Studio is a welcoming Yoga and Pilates space nestled in the vibrant heart of Collingwood. Designed as a third space — not home, not work, but a supportive sanctuary — Sasana invites anybody and everybody to move, breathe, truly unwind and nurture their nervous system.

We offer inclusive, open-level classes in both Yoga and Mat Pilates, creating an environment where you can reconnect with yourself at your own pace. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced mover, you'll find a class, and a community, that meets you where you are.

Dynamic

Vinyasa

A dynamic, flowing practice that links breath with movement. Build heat, strength, and focus through creative sequences designed to energise and uplift.

Gentle

Slow Flow

A gentle version of vinyasa — perfect for beginner levels. Fluid movement with a grounded pace for those seeking presence without intensity.

Restorative

Yin

Postures held for several minutes to target deep connective tissues. Yin invites quiet, introspection and deep release, nourishing body, mind, and nervous system.

Balanced

Yin / Yang

The best of both worlds. Begin with gentle, flowing movement to awaken the body, then transition into calming, floor-based yin shapes to unwind and release.

Strengthening

Pilates Strong

A full-body conditioning class designed to build core strength, stability and control. Contemporary Pilates with a strong, energising edge.

Recovery

Pilates Restore

A low-impact class focused on gentle strength, mobility, and release. Ideal for beginners, injury recovery, or simply slowing down while staying connected.

We really care at Sasana. We're experienced so we know how to look after a range of bodies and abilities. You'll often find a giggle or two in class, and although most of our classes can be challenging, we always offer options and choice.

With a focus on down-regulation of the nervous system, you will leave feeling grounded, relaxed and refreshed.
